For far too long, our community has been weakened by unnecessary divisions and conflicting viewpoints that serve no greater purpose. Over time, complacency has set in, eroding the sense of belonging and solidarity that once defined us. This must end. The time has come to rebuild, to reconnect, and to move forward together. The challenge before us is clear: to unite our fellow citizens and, through a bold and meaningful program, heal divisions, restore trust, and strengthen the bonds that are the foundation of our community.

about me
My name is Antoinette Ake Patrick, and I am a dedicated professional in the real estate industry. As a Christian, wife, and mother of 2 girls and 2 boys, I bring a strong sense of integrity and commitment to my work. In Texas, I hold the positions of Mortgage Broker and Real Estate Broker, proudly serving clients through my companies, Francais Home Loans PLLC, which I own entirely, and Francais Realty PLLC, which I co-own with my husband. As the Broker, Owner, and Founder, I have established a solid foundation for success.
Since 2013, I have been actively involved in the real estate field, initially as a Real Estate Agent, and from 2017 as a Real Estate Broker. Fluent in both English and French, I leverage my language skills to effectively serve a diverse clientele. Education has played a crucial role in my professional journey. I am a proud alumna of Lycee Ste Marie de Cocody in Abidjan. Furthermore, I hold a bachelor's degree in economy and in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from the University of Houston and American Intercontinental University. I enhanced my expertise by obtaining Real Estate and Mortgage Broker Licenses from the esteemed Champion School of Real Estate.
My areas of specialization encompass various aspects of the real estate industry. I excel in Residential, Relocation, Leasing, International Loans, New Construction, First-time Home Buyers' Incentives, Foreclosure, Short Sale, and Commercial Sale transactions. In the mortgage sector, I collaborate with a diverse network of wholesalers, offering FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, Bank Statement Loan, Investor Loans, as well as Construction and Bridge Loans. Notably, I have established a partnership with Rocket Mortgage, the largest home mortgage lender company in America.

As a Certified International Property Specialist, I actively participate in the international real estate market. Beyond providing foreign national loans, I facilitate the EB5 program, which grants the green card, and the E2 business visa, both of which contribute to individuals' aspirations for a better future.
Since 2017, as a mortgage broker, I have been diligently working to help clients achieve their dreams of homeownership. Recognizing that homeownership represents the American dream and the aspirations of individuals worldwide, I am passionate about guiding my clients toward fulfilling their goals. By helping them secure a place they can call home, I contribute to creating a wonderful life for all. It is my mission to assist clients in realizing their dreams and completing their life's journey.
